Rachel is a Licensed Professional Counselor and LPC-S in Texas who specializes in the use of CBT and existential modalities to help a client reach their goals, problem solve, manage their mental health needs, and work through life’s difficulties. Her approach is to provide a safe space to help clients effectively address personal challenges. 


Rachel has worked with clients across Texas, Louisiana and Alaska, from residential substance abuse in West TX and Sugarland, Youth & Family Services in the Rio Grande Valley, Military enlisted & their families at various military installations and a Crises unit in Houston. Additionally, Rachel has worked at a Psychiatric hospital where she provided psychoeducation in groups and conducted psychosocials, she has also provided parenting support and counseling services to parents due to CPS and Family Court intervention.

Rachel is an LPC-Supervisor who can provide supervision to associates.
